Here is a really handy little tool to help you organize your thoughts before your babysitter gets to your front door.  Spending five minutes with a piece of paper like this might save you (and your babysitter) a lot of hassle.

Not only will they know how to find you, they will also know how to handle your kids.  This quick little guide establishes the rules of the house like what kind of snacks the kids get and what time bedtime is.  No arguments, no negotiations, it's right there in your handwriting!
